Dr. Levey assists the City of Clermont in a wide variety of economic development matters including Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) strategy, Downtown business development, transportation impact analysis, annexation strategy, affordable housing, development review, and utility extension planning. Recent efforts have centered on providing a development framework for the southern expansion of the Wellness Way area on South US 27.
