The St. Petersburg Innovation District is a cluster of clinical healthcare, higher education, business incubation, marine sciences, and media institutions organized around a focused economic development and applied research agenda. Dr. Levey conducted the initial stakeholder organizational effort to identify the potential efficacy of the District.
