MILENIA MALL TIF DISTRICT
In order for this high-end regional mall to be built, regional transportation infrastructure needed to be financed and constructed. Levey worked collaboratively with the master developer to create a transportation-based Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District to fund a new interchange with Interstate 4 with funds from the TIF District paying annual debt service.
