The area known as 'Wellness Way' is the newest growth sector in south Lake County. Levey has been retained to coordinate efforts between the City of Clermont, Lake County, and landowners to develop an Implementation Plan and Design Guidelines. This process will establish critical infrastructure, land use, and environmental protection strategies to foster a higher quality built environment. The resulting development will ensure that community character, parks, open space, trails, utilities, public safety, roadways, schools, and technology systems are coordinated and delivered commensurate with new construction.
